Fuel & Power Equipment
The UltraPure automatic fuel maintenance system
continuously monitors the fuel supply using a state-of-the-ar t
PLC micro-processor with a user-friendly touch screen
operator interface. Enclosures are double wall construction
for spill safety. Electronics are housed in a drawer away from
plumbing and mechanical areas. This affords ease of service,
programming and installation. Our multi-tank manifold
systems are built into a matching cabinet for a clean-looking
site. Magnetic conditioning is standard on all models. ASTM
D-975 and NFPA-110 compliance insures a pristine fuel
supply.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Each model will be controlled by a state-of-the-ar t PLC Micro-processor.
Controller to be UL, CUL and CE recognized.
Control unit will have a long life battery back-up.
All software are to be provided throughout equipment lifetime.
A touch screen interface shall be provided for all user defined programming.
Multi-level PIN code protection is to be provided for all touchscreen functions.
PLC memory shall maintain an event log with error review and tracking.
Power Save mode will conserve power and extend touch screen life.

CUSTOM POWER:
Whatever your application CLINTON can build and design
your custom power application. If your requirements are for
special enclosures, multiple outputs, special cooling or
custom communication, we can meet your goals. Special
designs for emerging technologies have been the outgrowth
of direct communications between Clinton’s engineering
department and the users of specialty DC power.
PLATING POWER:
Clinton’s high current low voltage power supplies are the
work horse of the plating industry. More than 50 years of
manufacturing experience goes into each Clinton rectifier.
Applications for zinc, nickel, brass, copper and cadmium
plating use our high-efficiency type HOS manual control
rectifiers. These units can be used in both rack and barrel
plating.
ELECTRO-REFINING &
CHEMICAL FORMING POWER:
Clinton’s propriety PLC operated rectifier control system can
be designed to work with any of our SCR controlled SC-VC
rectifiers to provide intricate staging and slope control as
well as complete reporting for even the most elaborate
requirements. Multi-stage and multi-day programming can
be custom configured with our easy-to-operate touch
screen control panel. |
